Cauliflower ‘Andromeda’ is a summer/autumn harvesting variety with brilliant white heads that don’t turn yellow on maturity, so there’s no need to cover the curds. It has a superb nutty flavour. The plants are slow to bolt and stand well in the ground once mature, giving a long harvest period.
