Lord Napier trees are one of the earliest and also largest fruiting nectarines, they have been grown very successfully in the UK since the early 1860’s!
When in the full sun the nectarines skin has a wonderful, dark red to purple blush. Inside the delicious juicy, white flesh has a melt-in-the-mouth texture. You can fully appreciate that is looks lovely and tastes as good as it looks.
