Shallot Seeds ‘Ambition’
Growing Ambition shallots from seed is very simple, each seed produces a single shallot.
They tend to be larger than those grown from sets making them an excellent candidate for the showbench.
These seeds love a rich, moist, well drained soil in full sun. Ambition produces shallots with perfect shape for exhibition.
They are ready to harvest from August onwards once the tops have died back, allow to dry thoroughly.
